What is Behavioral Targeting

Found a great post on explaining how third party cookies are and how it works with cross site behavioral targeting. Its a video from the Wall Street Journal. This is good info for consumers. It shortly gives in on flash cookies that are hard to remove… I think flash cookies is not the way to go an cross-site tracking should only be used within the company to avoid privacy problems.
